Technical Requirements
Here is some additional information regarding the Zoom platform that might be helpful for you:
•    The training commences at 9:00 AM/1:00PM. As a courtesy to all attendees, arrivals who are 5 minutes late will not be admitted.
•    If you have not used Zoom before, please click the link 10 minutes prior to the meeting as you may need to download a small app.
•    We recommend that participants turn their cameras on so that the trainer and fellow participants can see and talk to everyone’s smiling faces.
•    As a general rule we request participants start with their microphones muted/off. You can communicate with the trainer by typing questions into the chat function. You can also "raise your hand" through a function in the Participants section.
•    If there are technical problems and you lose the connection (get kicked out of the zoom meeting) - go back to the link above to login and re-connect.
•    If possible, a wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi) may make for a smoother viewing experience.
•    Friendly reminder: Zoom does not work while logged into Squamish Nation Citrix.

To track attendance and feedback, please fill out the Respectful Workplace Evaluation Form and send back to Lynnea Mills or Doreen Maruska. This will be forwarded to you before the training.
