This interactive and tailored de-escalation training is designed to equip reception and client-facing staff with the skills needed to handle challenging interactions with confidence and professionalism. Participants will learn:
✅ Effective Communication Strategies – How to engage calmly and assertively in difficult situations.
✅ Conflict Resolution Techniques – Ways to de-escalate tense encounters while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
✅ Recognizing Triggers & Warning Signs – Understanding behaviors that may indicate escalating situations.
Practical Role-Playing Exercises – Hands-on practice to apply learned techniques in real-life scenarios.
